The true life facts, The true fortune

All of us have been or always trapped in the thought that money is most important things in live. The security we are all seeking on is how much money we have in our bank account. Today we will read a story that I hope can change that most important thing, and realize the tru life facts.

Imagine that you just have inherited a huge fortune from your father. But this fortune will not given to you all at a time.

Each morning you will receive $86,400 in your private account for your use.  However, your father wants you to use it wisely so he decide that you have to follow certain rule with that money

1) Every dime you didn’t use in each day would be taken away from you.
2) You may not simply transfer money to other person account. You may only spend it.
3) When the new day begins your father will give you another $86,400
4) Your father can end the support without warning; at any time he can say, "It's over, the game is over!"
5) he can close the  account and you will not receive a new one.

What would you do with this every day budget? Take a moment and think about it. What would you personally do?  Would you spend every single dime to buy thing that you want? Or would you spend that money to travel around the world. Or would you use it to buy a ticket to visit your mom, your family, your son?

Remember the fortune can stop at any second. The only way to really enjoy it is spend each dime wisely and meaningfully.

ACTUALLY, you will never receive or fortune likes that. But currently your and I we both receive a fortune even more than that.

Each of us is in possession of such a magical fortune. We just can't seem to see it.

The MAGICAL Fortune is TIME!

Each morning we awaken and receiving  86,400 seconds as a gift of life, and when we go to sleep at night, any remaining time is NOT credited to us.

Each of every moment counts. What we haven't lived up that day is forever lost. Yesterday is forever gone. Each second that we try frugally to some extra money can never be use to spend with our family
One more thing our time may finish at any time. Our life may be taken at every moment. A car crash, a disease, an accident, all of them have the ability to stop our life. This is the true life facts

SO, what will we do with our 86,400 seconds?

Think about that, personally I always think of this:

Enjoy every second of your life, because time races by so much quicker than we can think. So, take care of yourself... and enjoy life!

What would you do with your priceless time? Don't allow that true life facts kill you. If you can, take a priceless moment of your time and comment below about what would you do after you have do it.

Here's wishing you a wonderfully beautiful day!

The Brooklyn Bridge behind the scence's story

The Brooklyn Bridge that spans the river tying Manhattan Island to Brooklyn is truly a miracle bridge. In 1863, John Roebling a creative engineer was inspired by an idea for this spectacular bridge. However, other bridge-building experts all around the world told him to forget it; it could not be done.

Roebling convinced a young up and coming engineer Washington, who was also his son , that the bridge could be built. he and his son developed the concepts of how it could be accomplished and how the obstacles could be overcomed. With unharnessed excitement and inspiration, they hired their crew and began to build their dream bridge.

After a few months under construction, a tragic accident on the site took the life of John Roebling and severely injured the son, Washington. Washington was injured so much that his brain suffer permanent damage and he was unable to talk or walk. Everyone felt that the project would have to be scrapped since they lost their caption Roeblings. They though Roeblings were the only ones who knew how the bridge could be built.

Even though Washington was unable to move or talk, his mind was as sharp as ever, and he still had a burning desire to complete the bridge. On the time laying on the hospital bed, An idea hit him and he developed a code for communication. All the ability to communicate now rely the move of one finger, so he touched the arm of his wife with that finger, tapping out the code to communicate to her what to tell the engineers who were noew building the bridge. For thirteen years, Washington tapped out his instructions with his finger until the spectacular Brooklyn Bridge was finally completed.

Washington Augustus Roebling

P/S Desire cannot be killed my friends. When you are beaten by life let remind your self what are your desire  and also how lucky you are when you still have more tool than Washington

Important things in life topics

Surfing around the web today I came across a Quote from Gossip Girl

Sometimes you need to step outside, clear your head and remind yourself of whom you are and where you wanna to be. And sometimes you have to venture outside your world in order to find yourself.

This quote stuns me. After the previous post about a Fatherand Son ‘s story, I realize that very often we forget the important things in our life. Our time is limited. After take a deep breath I can clearly see that doing something about this is meaningful. That’s why I will open a topic with the name “Important things in life”. This will be the topics cover a wide range from

  •  Story

  • Exercise that can help you give the right decision

Never lose sight on the important things on your life - father and son story

I have a chance to read this story long before building this website. This is really touching and this story deserved a place on this website.

SON: "Daddy, may I ask you a question?"
DAD: "Yeah sure, what is it?"
SON: "Daddy, how much do you make an hour?"
DAD: "That's none of your business. Why do you ask such a thing?"
SON: "I just want to know. Please tell me, how much do you make an hour?"
DAD: "If you must know, I make $100 an hour."
SON: "Oh! (With his head down).
SON: "Daddy, may I please borrow $50?"
The father was furious. He talks with anger voice
DAD: "If the only reason you asked that is so you can borrow some money to buy a silly toy or some other nonsense, then you march yourself straight to your room and go to bed. Think about why you are being so selfish. I work hard everyday for such this childish behaviour."

The little boy quietly went to his room and shut the door.
The man sat down and started to get even angrier about the little boy's questions. How dare he ask such questions only to get some money?
After about an hour or so, the man had calmed down, and started to think:
Maybe there was something he really needed to buy with that $ 50 and he really didn't ask for money very often. The man went to the door of the little boy's room and opened the door.

DAD: "Are you asleep, son?"

SON: "No daddy, I'm awake".
DAD: "I've been thinking, maybe I was too hard on you earlier. It's been a long day and I took out my aggravation on you. Here's the $50 you asked for."

The little boy sat straight up, smiling.
SON: "Oh, thank you daddy!"
Then, reaching under his pillow he pulled out some crumpled up bills. The man saw that the boy already had money, started to get angry again. The little boy slowly counted out his money, and then looked up at his father.

DAD: "Why do you want more money if you already have some?"

SON: "Because I didn't have enough, but now I do.

"Daddy, I have $100 now. Can I buy an hour of your time? Please come home early tomorrow. I would like to have dinner with you."
The father was crushed. He put his arms around his little son, and he begged for his forgiveness.

It's just a short reminder to all of us working so hard in life. We should not let time slip through our fingers without having spent some time with those who really matter to us, those close to our hearts. Do remember to share that $100 worth of your time with someone you love?

If today is the last day we live on this planet, the company that we are working for could easily replace us in a matter of days. But the family and friends we leave behind will feel the loss for the rest of their lives. And come to think of it, we pour ourselves more into work than to our family.

Boston Marathon's heart touching stories

Besides the deadly bombing that have killed 3 people, Boston have also noticed as the place where humankind had been restored.  Love, generosity, perseverance, solidarity and courage had been proved in the face of tragedy.

First story

Carlos Arredondo, the man in the cowboy hat, was photographed apparently holding a wounded man's severed artery in one of Monday's most iconic photos. He is a member of the Red Cross, was reportedly at the marathon to support a group running for fallen veterans. His own son died in Iraq.

Second story

Joe Andruzzi the former New England Patriots star was seen carrying an injured woman away from the bombing scene. Andruzzi was at the marathon in support of his cancer foundation.

Third story

As the day wore on, heroic tales of emergency response teams also began to surface. After reportedly pushing a wheelchair-bound woman to safety zone, the first-responder returned to the bombing scene of the chaos to help others.

Fourth story

Runners crossed the finish line after running 42 kilometres, but they didn’t stop there. They continue on to Massachusetts Hospital to donate blood. So many showed up, that they have been asked to schedule for future donation

Fifth story

Nearby restaurants offered free meals, shelter, internet connections and even just a place to go for anyone who didn’t “want to be alone.”

After all

In spite of everything, runners still showed up to pick up their medals in Boston.

To love is nothing, to be loved is something but to love and to be loved by the one you love, that is EVERYTHING

After a while surfing around the internet, i came across this story of an old couple that's so touching. Therefore i'm really think it deserve a spot on this blog.

 The story is that.
A very poor man lived with his wife.

One day, his wife, who had very long hair asked him to buy her a comb for her hair to grow well and to be well-groomed.

The man felt very sorry and said no. He explained that he did not even have enough money to fix the strap of his watch he had just broken.

She did not insist on her request.

The man went to work and passed by a watch shop, sold his damaged watch at a low price and went to buy a comb for his wife.

He came home in the evening with the comb in his hand ready to give to his wife.

He was surprised when he saw his wife with a very short hair cut. She had sold her hair and was holding a new watch band.

Tears flowed simultaneously from their eyes, not for the futility of their actions, but for the reciprocity of their love.
MORAL: To love is nothing, to be loved is something but to love and to be loved by the one you love, that is EVERYTHING. Never take love for granted.

Elephant and a gentle heart

Have you ever imagined that even a wise, big animal like telephant does have a really gentle heart fot other species. This had happened in The Elephant Sanctuary in Tennessee. And with all my belief this will also happen in many other place.

Tarra the elephant and her pet dog, Bella had been the nature's unexpected couple at The Elephant Sanctuary in Tennessee. The relationship first happened several years ago when a stray dog wandered onto the Sanctuary's property. Rather than scare off the outsider, one elephant in particular, Tarra, immediately welcomed the stray with very open arms. Not long after this sudden moment, the two became inseparable. In fact, Tarra seemed to spend more time with Bella than she did with other elephants.

One ocassion happen that proved the relationship is very stront is when Bella suffered a spinal cord injury and lost the use of her legs. Caretakers took her indoors to receive medical assistance. For three weeks, Bella was bed-bound, and for the entire three weeks Tarra stood just outside the building holding vigil, refusing to leave Bella's side. When the two were finally met again, their embrace made it clear to everyone involved just how special their bond was. I have also included the video that you can watch by yourself about thi special relationship.

Even a giant animal like an elephant can have a gentle heart.

A boy's story that will touch your soul

I was walking around in a Big Bazaar store making shopping, when I saw a Cashier talking to a boy couldn't have been more than 5 or 6 years old..

The Cashier said, 'I'm sorry, but you don't have enough money to buy
this doll. Then the little boy turned to me and asked: ''Uncle, are you sure I don't have enough money?''

I counted his cash and replied: ''You know that you don't have enough money to buy the doll, my dear.'' The little boy was still holding the doll in his hand.

Finally, I walked toward him and I asked him who he wished to give
this doll to. 'It's the doll that my sister loved most and wanted so

much . I wanted to Gift her for her BIRTHDAY.

I have to give the doll to my mommy so that she can give it to my sister when she goes there.' His eyes were so sad while saying this.

'My Sister has gone to be with God.. Daddy says that Mommy is going to see God very soon too, so I thought that she could take the doll with her to give it to my sister...''

My heart nearly stopped. The little boy looked up at me and said: 'I
told daddy to tell mommy not to go yet. I need her to wait until I

come back from the mall.' Then he showed me a very nice photo of him.where he was laughing. He then told me 'I want mommy to take my picture with her so my sister won't forget me.' 'I love my mommy and I wish she doesn't have to leave me, but daddy says that she has to go to be with my little sister.'

Then he looked again at the doll with sad eyes, very quietly..
I quickly reached for my wallet and said to the boy. 'Suppose we check again, just in case you do have enough money for the doll?''
'OK' he said, 'I hope I do have enough.' I added some of my money to his with out him seeing and we started to count it. There was enough for the doll and even some spare money.

The little boy said: 'Thank you God for giving me enough money!'
Then he looked at me and added, 'I asked last night before I went to

sleep for God to make sure I had enough money to buy this doll, so
that mommy could give It to my sister. He heard me!''

I also wanted to have enough money to buy a white rose for my mommy, but I didn't dare to ask God for too much. But He gave me enough to buy the doll and a white rose. My mommy loves white roses.'

I finished my shopping in a totally different state from when I
started. I couldn't get the little boy out of my mind. Then I

remembered a local news paper article two days ago, which mentioned a drunk man in a truck, who hit a car occupied by a young woman and a little girl. The little girl died right away, and the mother was left in a critical state.

The family had to decide whether to pull the plug on the life sustaining machine, because the young woman would not be able to recover from the coma. Was this the family of the little boy?
Two days after this encounter with the little boy, I read in the news paper that the young woman had passed away.. I couldn't stop myself as

I bought a bunch of white roses and I went to the funeral home where the body of the young woman was exposed for people to see and make last wishes before her burial. She was there, in her coffin, holding a beautiful white rose in her hand with the photo of the little boy and the doll placed over her chest. I left the place, teary-eyed, feeling that my life had been changed for ever...

The love that the little boy had for his mother and his sister is still, to this day, hard to imagine. And in a fraction of a second, a drunk driver had taken all this away from him.

P/S I'm not the guy in this story. The story was written at Quotation Cloud. I try to find the original writer of this story but i could not find it. If you know your please let me know so i can provide the credit for the right person
